    2009 YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

    • All classes are on a drop-in basis. $10 each session.
    • Gentle Yoga
      Tues 7:30-8:30pm
      Open to all levels and excellent for beginners, those with injury or chronic pain, and persons looking to reduce stress. Breath work, meditation, and gentle movement.
    • Basic Vinyasa
      Tues morning 9:30-10:30am
      Thurs morning 9:30-10:30am
      Tues evening 6-7pm
      A basic flowing yoga class open to all levels emphasizing breath and movement.
    • Intermediate Vinyasa
      Thurs 6-7pm
      Emphasizing strength & endurance. Yoga experience necessary with a strong grasp of alignment. Please contact Michelle to join this class.
